I updated this review after you fixed the game.

The game is ok. I liked the art, but sometimes the art can clash with one another. (e.g. the player not matching well with the level) and the game not being too polished (you can go through the level and into the black background. The screen shakes when you shoot, you should use those for other stuff.) If this is from someone who is learning how to use unity, then this is a good start.
